Ingredients (Serves 4)

Bell-Peppers: 2 Green 1 Orange
1 Red
- Onions:
1 Large diced
- Cube
Chicken Thigh: 1/2 pound
- Spices:
Cinnamon, Cardamon, Chili
- Skewers
- Salt to
taste and Olive Oil
Preparation: (25 mins)
Dice the
capsicum, onions and alternate it with cubed chicken into the skewer. Place the
skewer into skillet or grill (set the temperature to 245 C). Turn from time to
time and serve hot
